We we're a little nervous that out ignorance would be our downfall, but the staff led us in the right direction and was honest with things that we needed and didn't need to best suit our interest. Switch and bait! This dealership is just terrible. We came all the way from Brooklyn looking for a CPO Altima. We called numerous of times just to make sure the car wa This dealership is just terrible. We came all the way from Brooklyn looking for a CPO Altima. We called numerous of times just to make sure the car was ready for us to check out and test drive. When the receptionist made sure the car was ready we made our way to the dealership. When we got there Grercia told us that they lost the key and we would not be able to see it. This was a total bait and switch since the price seem to good to be true. We got tricked into coming in here and was treated rudely by an inattentive sales person Grecia. If she was more attentive and offered to showed us a similar car instead of asking for our information we would have at least stayed. Don't waste your time coming here. The CPO cars you see on their website is probably their shady bait and switch scheme to get you to come in. More

Excellent Customer Service When I walked into White Plains Nissan I was not going to buy a car there as I was going to another dealer that gave me quotes on Rogue. But when I ca When I walked into White Plains Nissan I was not going to buy a car there as I was going to another dealer that gave me quotes on Rogue. But when I came into White Plains I was greeted like a family member and my Salesperson Grecia was so friendly and full of information as were Felix Camino. They tied so hard to get the first choice color but was not successful so in looking at another I decided to buy my car there with a color they had in stock. All I can say all the salesman and everyone working there was all so polite helpful and professional including the owner. My sales person will see me again when I am up with my lease good going Grecia and White Plains Nissan. More

White Plains Nissan has come under new ownership and they have turned this place into a pleasant place to d I really should have written this sooner. White Plains Nissan has come under new ownership and they have turned this place into a pleasant place to do business. They have a wonderful staff, my salesgirl in particular Grecia delivers a "Truly exceptional experience" which is what the new ownership hopes everyones experiences. While I did have to wait for Grecia due to a busy weekend, everyone made sure I was being taken care of and offered refreshments several times for me and my family. I didn't feel ignored, and when I got the pleasure I was greeted with a warm smile and was shown genuine interest, Gracie shared her knowledge and put me in the car that was right for me, not right for her. What made it better, when signing paperwork even the manager Chris knew I waited for a bit and offered me an appt for my first oil change, for FREE! Hands down, an amazing experience and still rave about it to friends whom I know will experience the same (maybe better!) when they purchase their car from Grecia ( Gracie ) since she's so sweet! More

Hands down Amazing customer service!!!! I arrived at Nissan after doing my homework on which dealership would give me what I want for the right price and quality. I wasn't expecting to make a purchase on the spot but I did want someone to take the time to show me around and eventually return and take the plunge. Grecia was just the right person for the job!! As soon as I entered she greeted me and made me feel welcome. There was no pressure to buy on the spot and she was very patient with me. I am a very indecisive person and always skeptical of prices. But she talked me through every inch of paperwork and spent an enormous part of her day showing me different cars. She was so sweet and personable, I can't imagine that my experience would've been as pleasing if someone else would've attended me that day. All in all if you enter the Nissan white plains dealership ask for Grecia (although chances are she will be already waiting for you with a warm smile). More
