Was looking for a place to get routine maintenance done on a Enterprise van locally. Kory Hooks dealership was very easy to work with! Mr. Greg Bailey was very helpful in allowing this to be done on a Sa on a Enterprise van locally. Kory Hooks dealership was very easy to work with! Mr. Greg Bailey was very helpful in allowing this to be done on a Saturday morning. I plan on using them for all of the maintenance on this Enterprise van. Thanks!! More

Made reservations for oil change and spark plug replacement online brought truck in, service representative was expecting me. Indicated they wouldn’t be able to do spark plug replacement. Left truc replacement online brought truck in, service representative was expecting me. Indicated they wouldn’t be able to do spark plug replacement. Left truck with them and picked it up about an hour later. Will have to schedule spark plug replacement for later. More

Had my 2022 ram in for my first oil change and a safety recall. All was taken care of in timely manner. What was a real surprise was when my pickup was returned to me it had been washed and cleaned inside recall. All was taken care of in timely manner.
