I have been selling Lexus and Toyotas for nearly 20 years, prior to that I spent time in the Army serving my country. A little over five years ago my wife and I moved from Colorado Springs back to Mid Missouri to be near our family and raise our son. I have only sold this brand of car because of their reliability, quality and dependability. But the most important part of my job are the customers! I have always worked very hard helping my customers find the right car at the right price. Great people! Great Cars! This Toyota dealership has great people here. They are very helpful and work with you all the way through the process. Great experience from beginning to end! I debated for months about what kind of car I wanted. Joe Haner mentioned the Toyota Venza and after checking it out, it was exactly what I wanted. Greg at Joe Machens was very knowledgeable about all the cars and answered all my questions. I believe that Greg and Ramon gave me the best deal possible. Also, after I bought my car they even had Peter, the Delivery Specialist, sit down with me in my new car and explain all the new technology! He even synched my smartphone for me! Greg Botham was our salesman when we first drove a Camry. Fell in love with the car at first drive, but always wanted a little better gas mileage that the Camry Hybid would offer. Had our vehicle in for service two weeks ago. New location on Vandiver is very, very nice and I decided to take a test drive in a new Camry Hybrid. It's everything we expected and more! The technology for the navigation and radio system simply makes the 2012 model seem like a PC running Windows 98. Greg arranged for a dealer trade for the color we wanted, and we now have a shiny red (St. Louis Cardinal red!) Camry Hybrid in our garage. We could not have had a better sale experience with both purchases, and I am extremely pleased with the finance and technical briefing we had with Corry and Paul on delivery of this car. Price, service, selection and location. Machens Toyota has it covered. More

We visited the new Toyota dealership last week and had great customer service! Greg Botham was great to work with and had everything ready for us when we came back for finance. Ricardo Guzman was great to work with in finance very personable and got us a very good rate! We have purchased three cars from Joe Machens dealerships in the last year through Dodge, Toyota and the Ford dealership and every time was greatly satisfied with our purchase! I would definitely recommend using Joe Machens and visiting the new Toyota dealership! More
