Good experience, some flaws. The lead service guy, not Remi, was outstanding. I dealt with Remi(?) in service last time and he presented me with a service report that was fraudul The lead service guy, not Remi, was outstanding. I dealt with Remi(?) in service last time and he presented me with a service report that was fraudulent in too many ways to count. It was very clean. At least two cushions on the chairs were in need of repair. TV didn't appear to work. If it did, not one person came over to offer to help me figure out how to turn it on. Men's bathroom was out of toilet paper and needed a good wipe down. No one came by and said hello or asked if I needed anything while I waited. The woman next to me noticed the same thing but said it was still better than the Subaru in Baton Rouge. I expected better. I didn't deal with Greg Bourgeois. It wouldn't let me submit if I didn't put an employee on the checked list. More

Happy with Bryan! I've been dealing with Bryan Subaru for about 9 years now. My experience with service has always been pleasant. I'm acknowledged quickly and am kept I've been dealing with Bryan Subaru for about 9 years now. My experience with service has always been pleasant. I'm acknowledged quickly and am kept on top of the status of my vehicle while waiting. I've never found wait times to be excessive. The staff is so polite and accommodating. I will continue to purchase my cars and use the service center here. More

Service Just the basic service for the 2nd time. All went well service was attentive and on time all work done well with recommendations to a few other items. Just the basic service for the 2nd time. All went well service was attentive and on time all work done well with recommendations to a few other items. But that was left up to us to determine if so and when that would get done. It has been great at Bryan so far. The little detail gets noticed, like the fact that after the service work is done our car comes back to us washed. I will be back loved it. P.S. have to throw a shout out to the guys in service. Thanks for all you have helped with. Wonderful crew there. Bryan as far as Subaru goes y’all have been showing us the LOVE. More

General Service I used their on line app to set up my vehicle service which was very easy, when I arrived they had my information ready and took my car in right away.
