Straight forward no hassles or haggles, no dealer up charges nor deposit for ordering a vehicle the way I wanted. I just bought my second Subaru in 10 years from Bryan and built both of them with the help of Greg Bourgeois in Sales. Greg, like everyone at Bryan, is all help, no pressure, and a total pro. And the Service & Parts Dept is first class and staffed with long time employees, among them Jeff and Charlene. Says a lot about a place these days that can keep great people long term. Buying a car is the most daunting experience known to mankind. I usually have to go in fighting for a price I want. This time was way different. I have had experiences at other dealerships like Toyota or mankind. I usually have to go in fighting for a price I want. This time was way different. I have had experiences at other dealerships like Toyota or Honda that leave a bad taste in my mouth. Getting a Subaru was all riding on my experience in the dealership. I am VERY bad with names so I dont remember who helped my wife and I. What I will say, is that I went in with a number, and they stayed below that number on the first offer. As of right now, we LOVE our Crosstreck. I have no complaints about the ride, the audio system, or anything really. This is our first Subaru and after a couple of weeks of owning this car, I can say that we are definitely going to stay with Subaru for life. More
