This is my 3rd time leasing with D&M personally. My dad referred me years ago and now we have my mom using D&M too. I tell everyone I know how easy it is to lease with D&M and that they should too. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. We encountered an unexpected challenge related to the titling of the vehicle, and that’s when my salesman truly became the hero of the experience. He took ownership of the issue, worked diligently to find a solution, and kept everything moving forward. What could have been a very frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, persistence, and a great attitude. I truly appreciate the extra effort he and the entire team put into making this purchase a positive experience. It’s easy to provide good service when everything goes according to plan—the real measure of outstanding customer service is how someone responds when there’s a challenge. They absolutely delivered, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! More
