Terrible experience. Had to call the service department 6 times for the status of my vehicle with no communication whatsoever. Also, the warranty that this particular de Had to call the service department 6 times for the status of my vehicle with no communication whatsoever. Also, the warranty that this particular dealership sells their customers does not even cover their own service fees. If you buy the warranty they offer at the time of purchase, you not only have to pay the deductible in the policy, but also exorbitant additional service fees. More

Service Mgr / Service Advisor lack integrity and professionalism will constantly change the story will not honor their commitment to service 2/3 day for service turn into over 2 weeks I DONT RECOMME professionalism will constantly change the story will not honor their commitment to service 2/3 day for service turn into over 2 weeks I DONT RECOMMEND BRIAN /or GREG BURKES (service mgr) or ARMAND PLANTER (service advisor) questionable technical knowledge and not customer service oriented and misquoted pricing double charges for what most dealers charge for same service. Check others regarding prices !!! Will not provide information regarding the diagnosis they state was completed. Worst experience since I’ve been coming here over 10 yrs New Mgt will probably benefit this service department . Most of them looked unhappy. Line of communication is very poor. I am only referring to THE SERVICE DEPT . Emailed Greg Burkes or Brain (Stated he is Service Mgr) ARMAND PLANTER (Service Advisor) ARMAND PLANTER only returned call after I had to email Greg Burkes serval Xavier.No concerns with how they inconvenience their customers. Was told my transmission needed to be flushed 2x each $399 ((trans flush) I questioned the price again and Brian stated the had to flush 3 Xs 🧐 He appeared frustrated and confused and said he misspoke. I told him nothing was consistent with the communication from him and Armand regarding services ,pricing ,and supposedly completed.diagnosis’. Brian line of communication was very poor, misleading and lack follow up. More

I'm disappointed that initially I had to communicate via text about my vehicle with a service person. Also I was giving a price via text of 3,000 dollars to repair my air-conditioning in my vehicle. The tex text about my vehicle with a service person. Also I was giving a price via text of 3,000 dollars to repair my air-conditioning in my vehicle. The text also stated that the windshield might break. I called to talk with a person and was told that I would be responsible for the windshield if it breaks. I still can't get no understanding about having to pay for something I did not break. My windshield is not broken, so if it breaks, I feel that I should not be responsible. I was also told that a windshield would cost about 800 dollars. 4000 dollars to fix air-conditioning is ludicrous, and yet I spent 223 dollars on a diagnostic. I wish I could have my air-conditioning fixed, but the prices are unreasonable. I am a unhappy customer. More
