The staff At Street Volkswagen are amazing! I have recently have experienced about every team in this dealership from the service department to sales to finance to the ladies that greet you! From the moment I stepped into this dealership I felt like the truly cared about me and my three kids and if I was in a safe vehicle! The service crew Greg Byler worked really hard to help me fix the car I owned and I trusted his opinion and knew he wanted what was best for my family! Then I was referred over to Justin Hulsey and he worked so hard to find the perfect deal and respected my budget and didn’t want me to be over my means! He wanted me in a good reliable car with a good payment and set me up for success not failure which means a lot! I love the 2018 Jetta he found for me! John the finance manager also wanting Me to be in a good vehicle with a good payment!! I do believe that John Luciano has an amazing crew who treats their customers like family! I will continue to rev Ime d this dealership to everyone and will be back in a few years to purchase another vehicle!!! More

Why would you go anywhere else? There is a reason this is my fifth car from Street VW. The people. Yes they have a product that could sell itself but these guys are in the people bus There is a reason this is my fifth car from Street VW. The people. My story starts as a broke, homeless (living with family), Iraqi war vet with a pregnant wife fresh out of the army. I new of the service guy and told him I needed a bigger vehicle So he introduced me to David Ortiz. A little while later that car had a recall. When I got the car back it vibrated violently. The recal was on the floor mats so I knew it was just coincidence. I told Greg Byler, service guy, if it was more than $50 don’t fix it because I was broke. He called me and told me the mechanical issue and that it would cost $1700 to fix and before I could tell him I can’t afford it he said he had talked to the owner and wanted to do it for free. My wife and I sat and the floor and cried. I knew I would never go anywhere else. Through nursing school and through the years they have allowed us to grow in vehicles always giving us what we needed. Yes I wish the cars were free, but they were more than fair and always gave us fair amount on trade and always treated us like Family. Two years ago my Twin brother died of a sudden heart attack and my wife and I found ourselves on the floor crying again but this time with a card with hand written messages of love and support. I am just like every other customer but still treated like family. Now as a director of a nursing department I was able to give my wife the car of her dreams. This time they made one mistake, over promising on our trade in. But, they stuck with it and never hesitated to stand by their word. Talk about convience, David Ortiz is my car guy who all I need to do is text and he starts searching. 5 cars may seem like I buy high end stuff but in reality the last car I bought was a 2007 Saturn with 200000 miles on it so I could sell my truck and save some money. I paid $1300 dollars for that bad xxx whip and you would have thought it was a Lamborghini the way I was treated. This time Shane Geise help get me into the car of my wife’s dreames. There was a crack in the windshield from transport and he ordered a new windshield on the spot and let us drive another new car till it was fixed thanks to Greg Byler again. And lastly, by far the sweetest and best looking person I delt with, Micah Barfield. Didn’t push warranties rather told us the benefits of the service plans and made time to redo paperwork when we could not decide on which model to buy. I respect these people and go as far as saying I love these people. So, why would you go anywhere else? Don’t say it’s because they only sell VW because only 2 of the cars I have bought were VW. I stop in for a cold dink and shoot the breeze with these people. Not about cars but, about my life and their families. I know Mr Street and John Luciano know the wonderful people they have working for them because It is seen in their smiles and customer service. And no, I did not get paid to write this and no I am not related to anyone there but if you want to adopt I may be in the market for another vehicle soon. When they work on it and also do a detail they are very thorough and excellent in their work. They do such a professional job. it is very obvious that Greg's staff really respects him. They all go above and beyond to please a customer and make sure the outcome is as perfect as possible. I will always bring my van in to be worked on when needed and now my husband just bought a pickup from there and he will be using the service department as well if needed be. We had a great experience buying our pick up there. Volkswagen is wonderful and we will definitely recommend it to anyone. From the sales to the service department y'all are amazing!
