I was to meet with a salesman that I was told to request at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. The price lacked transparency as the agreed upon out-the-door cost did not match the out at arrival, but I never got to meet with that staff member. There was also a lack of transparency regarding cosmetic deficiencies (6+) despite asking about them ahead of time. Greg was a fantastic sales representative to work with when purchasing a car. My mom was experiencing buying a car alone for the first time. Greg treated my mom just as he would his own mother.
