I initially tried to buy a part for my Lexus a few months ago, and was quoted one price for the part and when I arrive, they doubled the price for the part which I knew was inaccurate. At this point, I was a ago, and was quoted one price for the part and when I arrive, they doubled the price for the part which I knew was inaccurate. At this point, I was already upset at the facility, however I gave them a second chance when I went to go buy my new car. There was a lot of haggling involved and I was told that the selling cost for the car could not be decreased however much to my surprise when I looked online for the cost of the car it was for $500 less than what they had sold it to me for. This was rather disappointing to find this out after the fact. Overall also sells men’s are very nice. I believe the managers for this facility are dishonest. I would give five stars to those in the service region, and even to the salesman who are kind and don’t have any power on adjusting cost when selling cars. More
