I had seen a BMW online and went in to give it a test drive, however Greg accidentally chose the wrong BMW, and boy am I glad! Once I saw this car I fell in love immediately. He was very easy to get along with, and asked me if I was interested in checking out the other car (which, after driving this car I decided against.) It was such a pleasure working with everybody in the buying process. I will definitely be going back, and referring all my friends and family. More

First, I need to say that Greg is a very knowledgeable My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda CX9 from Greg Eiss at Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda. First, I need to say that Greg is a very knowledgeable sales person. He took the time to show us the vehicle inside and out. We absolutely feel in love with the vehicle. Greg even purchased a beverage for my wife from the soda machine when we started the financing paperwork. When we've purchased vehicles in the past from competing dealerships we were there for 4-5-6 hours to buy a vehicle. It bet we were at Morrie's Minnetonka Mazda for less than 90 minutes and we were driving our new (used) vehicle home. I want to give a big shout out for Greg Eiss in the sales department. Thanks for making the buying process so enjoyable. We now own two Mazdas and we will be back in the future. We've already sent some of our friends and family in and they also purchased from Greg Eiss. Well done Greg! More

I did not purchase, however, brought my sister in after her car accident. Gregg is the best customer service I think I have ever seen anyone extend. Jovial, patient, thorough, he brought up at least two cars for her to test drive, rode with us, answered all her questions, took her through the process and made sure she was happy with her purchase. She bought on a Friday. As of Sunday she was still finding reasons to go sit in her car. She loves it. Thank you Gregg. More
