Great, timely service Bob and Greg were awesome. Greg set up my appointment but Bob took over once I arrived. Bob listened to me carefully as I told him the minor issue I h Bob and Greg were awesome. Greg set up my appointment but Bob took over once I arrived. Bob listened to me carefully as I told him the minor issue I had with my car. He also listened when I asked him NOT to wash my car as I prefer to handwash it. The minor issue with my car was fixed the first time and my service was completed successfully in a timely manor. He also guided me to the checkout desk to complete the deal. More

Taken advantage of Awful experience. Charging me an obnoxious amount for brakes. Took it to another place for half the price and double the service and experience. Also- Awful experience. Charging me an obnoxious amount for brakes. Took it to another place for half the price and double the service and experience. Also-a $160 to just LOOK at a minor issue on my car when they were doing "the works" service that INCLUDES looking over your car already...double dipping for the same service. Then the scare tactic about my breaks needing to be fixed immediately. I grew up in the automobile industry and only came here because of a potential warranty claim. Never again and I will tell my friends to run too. More

2 1/2 hour oil change? Service is very good except it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I suspect that this intentional to discourage my visits for free oil change Service is very good except it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I suspect that this intentional to discourage my visits for free oil changes for life program that was available with the purchase of my new car in 2003. This service used to involve a 30 minute visit including a free car wash. More

The works service. I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with ou I met with service rep, he reviewed what they were going to do & the time they should be done. I stayed in the waiting area which was equipped with outlets, tv & snacks. Service was completed in a timely manner & they ran my truck through the car wash before giving me the keys & sending me on my way home. Thanks Palmetto Ford! More

Excellent people People very friendly. Parts availability on recalls seems to take awhile. I have never had an issue with the quality of the repairs. I know the servic People very friendly. However, it seems that sometimes the inspections and repair times are lengthy. Again, service writers very busy but communication sometimes slow. More

Good workers, BAD POLICY FOR LINCOLN OWNERS Workers pleasant and efficient. Repair work good and exceeded expectations. But you expect a loaner car when you bring in a 2.5 year old fully warran Workers pleasant and efficient. Repair work good and exceeded expectations. But you expect a loaner car when you bring in a 2.5 year old fully warrantied $50k car in for service. Took two visits first one three days , no loaner on warrantied repairs. Went back for completion of work and new brake issue asked for loaner if work would be more than two hours. No loaner and it took over four hours of me waiting. Also, no Lincoln customer lounge. I'm used to Volvo and Lexus service, I thought Lincoln would compare but it might as well of been a Walmart waiting area with exception of some free snacks and a broken coffee machine. So my biggest question will be to purchase an extended warranty from Lincoln or a cheaper equivalent when the time comes. Why pay a premium price warranty from a Lincoln dealer with sub-par amenities? More
