Allow me to start by saying that my saleperson Greg Fielding is a five star and I wish I could separate him from Leith BMW. He was honest and direct with me regarding all my questions/concerns. Listen to this, he actually did what he promised and valued my time as well. I normally don't expect much but Greg exceeded all expectations and he should be a mentor for others. Thank you so much for a great customer experiece. Now the business department at Leith BMW is completely different animal that I can not recommed. I asked numerous questions about purchasing an extended warranty. Greg communicated my questions and concerns to the business department in the hope that someone would contact me. I requested feedback on at least three occassions. It was communicated that someone called me and left messages when I know my voiucemail was not activated. After my purchase, someone called John Angilello from the business department was going to call me. Let's just say that I never heard from him which is an indication of how much I'm valued as a customer. During the paperwork process the extended warranty was discussed and now the prior received information completely change. I was told that I needed to purchase the warranty at purchasing to lock in the warranty price. Please note that I told something completely different just a week prior. In short, classic bate and switch at the last minute that leaves a bad taste in your overall BMW experience. Please note that I purchase my prior BMW from Leith and had a great experience a few years ago. This is a case where COVID changed the world and apparently how Leith BMW does business. One simple word and its transparency and you let me down when it came to the Extended Warranty. More

I wanted to highly recommend this Leith BMW dealership to anyone looking for a new or used BMW I Initially worked with Greg Fielding in August lookin I wanted to highly recommend this Leith BMW dealership to anyone looking for a new or used BMW I Initially worked with Greg Fielding in August looking for a X7 and then after a visit to the dealership, I had to hold on to buying X7. But he consistently followed up with all the listing he had even though I had stopped responding to him due to other priorities. Finally, when I was ready by October; he made this the easiest, fastest and overall best car buying experience I have ever had. The pre-owned X7 had few things to be taken care of and Greg took care of all for me without even me asking for few things. He went above and beyond a typical sales rep and showcased one of the best service/delivery excellence. He was patient and listened to everything we asked and noticed on the car. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and Greg made it simple for us. Highly Recommend this dealership. More

I had research the car online on the BMW website. When I went into the dealership and meet with Greg Fielding, He helped me fine-tune my order and actually gave me quite a few good ideas. I could not be happier with the car or with the ordering process. I was able to watch the steps of my car being made on the My BMW app. Greg called me and kept me informed and motivated. It was well worth it. I love the car and the dealership is one of the main reasons I decided to go with this particular car I really researched the service department and found it to be first class.. The paperwork was easy and the people were great. What more can I say as much as I love this car I am sure when it’s time to buy another or one for another family member. I will stop and talk to Greg first. More

Greg Fielding has an excellent demeanor, listened to our want and needs, showed empathy to challenges with the dealership, and overcame reservations through outstanding care and attention. He balanced appointments with our walk-in need for attention, and when engaged with us his full attention was focused giving the sense we were the only people in the room. Greg demonstrated valuable industry knowledge, understanding of the priorities contributing to our thinking. In the end, with all questions answered, uncertainty resolved, we purchaed a vehicle to replace our lease car with confidence in both that we received the best possible counsel from Greg in the process. Working with Leith for the past seven years I started with outstanding "above and beyond" service to lackluster service engagement, leading me to think I would choose anyone but Leith. Ben Metzler (Manager), Brian Good (Service), and Greg Fielding (Sales) saved this relationship with outstanding attention and service. I now own my third vehicle from Leith BMW, confident I once again have a healthy relationship with both sales and the service departments.
