We had been car shopping for a few weeks before ending up with Leith. It was a very nice showroom, with a very friendly woman greeting people as they entered. We were lucky enough to get Greg Fielding as ou with Leith. It was a very nice showroom, with a very friendly woman greeting people as they entered. We were lucky enough to get Greg Fielding as our salesman, and he was by the the most knowledgeable and professional salesman we encountered. I never felt rushed, he patiently answered our questions, and his excellent customer service has continued since we purchased our new car. Overall, purchasing a car here was a really good experience; the only disappointment we had was that the purchase took longer than we had expected, esp. since we were not financing. We also did not appreciate having to watch the armorall sales video and then sit through the dealer add-ons; I feel it should be optional, and it was beneath what I would expect at a BMW dealer. That said, I would totally recommend this dealer! More

Our new car had a small black grease mark on the light leather seat.(The front windshield wasn’t cleaned well and had streaks. There was black “fuzz” on the rear seats). Manual paperwork seems a bit outdated and slow. Don’t appreciate having to sit through sales job of dealer add-one. That cheapens the premium brand image, in my opinion. That added to time spent taking delivery, which ended up being about 3 hrs. More

Going to the car dealership is like going to the dentist to get a cavity filled BUT then there is Greg Fielding WOW!!! He is your BEST man there. He made it a pleasant experience!!!! Not only is he your best sales man but the BEST Customer Service man. He needs to be given a bonus for what he does. He communicates to the customer how long it is going to be. He goes the extra miles with everything!!! I had Ralph and Mary call him on car details after dealership is closed (on his personal time) They commented what a nice guy Greg was. I brought my friend and her daughter with me to the dealership. They feel the same thing about Greg wonderful experience. We saw that not everyone that was there Saturday did not get the same treatment that we were experiening. (red bow and car was facing out) I just wanted to remind you what you have in your employee Gregg Fielding. What a plus you have please do not take for granted. More
