It really is unfortunate that you can only give 5 stars on a Google review. My trade in price was generally fair and close to market value quotes. I actually had an offer from Leith BMW that was higher than the quote from original dealer I've purchased my first car from (I felt as if I was intentionally given a low-ball quote to compel me to negotiate; this is a common cheap sales tactic that I strongly dislike). There were absolutely no shady sales practices or deceitful answers that were given to me by this dealership. I was treated as an equal and with respect. Greg Fielding is super friendly and also very helpful and knowledgeable about the BMW model lineup. He will try his absolute hardest to make sure everything goes according to plan and that you're satisfied. However, mistakes can happen sometimes, but even if they do, Greg will be completely transparent about any problems and he'll do whatever possible to rectify them as cheaply and efficiently as possible. While my family generally bought from Leith dealers in the past, my first car was not purchased from a Leith dealer. During that purchasing process, I felt as if I was being deceived during certain parts of the car buying process with deceitful answers and ineffectual and annoying cheap car salesman fear tactics. I felt absolutely no such thing at this dealership and would imagine that staff at other Leith dealerships are held to the same (or a very similar) standard as the staff at this location. Also, the Isetta Bar has a nice selection of complimentary beverages such as various teas, coffee, water, and sodas. More
