Bee was a wonderful person to work with, he gave us options of what Toyotas were available and worked with us on what we wanted. We were able to choose what feature we can put in our 2021 Tundra, SR5. options of what Toyotas were available and worked with us on what we wanted. Really impressed with this dealership! We had been searching for a new or used Chevy Suburban, but they had become difficult to find, especially with the features we were looking for. Our neighbor Jim searching for a new or used Chevy Suburban, but they had become difficult to find, especially with the features we were looking for. Our neighbor Jim Gerritsen works for Maplewood Toyota, so we took a look to see if they had any used ones on their website. They did! We called him up and made sure it was still available and told him we would be right over. Jim out us in touch with a great sales guy, Greg Gustafson, and they had the Suburban out front waiting for us, which was incredibly nice, especially as it seemed they were noticeably busy. We took it for a test drive and it was exactly what we had been searching for! We came back and they had offered us a reasonable price and that was it! Greg walked us through the whole purchase process and took care of everything. We had a 40 min wait to get into the finance office because it was so busy, but they continuously updated us as we waited. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and on top of everything. Very pleased and happy with our purchase! More
