seamless transition into a new highlander I am from Fargo, and had a trip planned to the Twin Cities area. I had also been considering a new highlander, as I loved my 2013 highlander. I checked Maplewood Toyota's website, saw their availability and called the dealership. I spoke with Greg Gustafson that day and we chatted about options and pricing. He made me a solid promise that I could be in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes upon my arrival later in the week (I was a bit pressed for time) As promised he had me in and out, he did not "waste" a moment of my time. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer by him. Dave in financing also did a great job getting me through my financing and I was in and out of his office in 15 minutes. Thank you to the team, and most especially to Greg. This gal from Fargo couldn't be happier AND I LOVE my 2017 Highlander. See you in a few years when I am ready for a newer model! More

Toyota customer service is 5 star excellence! This is by far the best car dealership service center I have ever been to! I have been to Saturn, Mercedes and Jeep and the service techs that are em This is by far the best car dealership service center I have ever been to! I have been to Saturn, Mercedes and Jeep and the service techs that are employed here have been trained to greet you and communicate with you in a personal way that says I care about you and what you think of us when you leave here! Kind of like shopping at Nordstroms! Jonathan Nikovics was very professional, personable and kept his word! He also was able to offer me a rental car because they found I needed brake pads which would take an additional 2 hours. Instead of having to make another appointment I was able to leave with the rental car and come back. He made me feel like he cared about my day and had a sense of urgency to get me on my way. Greg is our sales representative and we have been working with him for many years. You will not be disappointed in visit for Greg and buying a car from him! Thanks Toyota for caring about the customer! More

Great purchase Greg was very informative and easy to deal with. I really liked his style. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. He offered a test drive which encompassed different driving scenarios. It was very hot but we walked around the different Prius's to look at the different colors and styles. He also sent home information for me to review. Out of all the sales people on the floor he was the only one to take an interest in me noticing that I needed help. I was only looking but he sold me a car which I really did need. More

Exploring dying hybrid options 2007 Camry Hybrid battery is mostly dead and very expensive to replace. After being very well treated by several service people I spoke to about the problem, I wandered out to the lot to look at a couple of used vehicles. Greg was quick to ask if I needed help and talked to me briefly about selling my dying car to the dealership if I decide not to fix it. He answered a few questions I had about the power and towing capacity of a couple SUVs I might be interested in. Very friendly and not at all pushy. If I decide to replace my dying car with another vehicle at Maplewood Toyota, I'll definitely want to work with Greg. More
