I visited MB dealer in London in 2019 to buy a used C300 , but unfortunately I wasn’t able to buy it at that time . Our sales agent Warren was so nice , helpful and professional and said if you want buy MB , but unfortunately I wasn’t able to buy it at that time . Our sales agent Warren was so nice , helpful and professional and said if you want buy MB in the future ,come back to me . And this what happened in Aug 2020 when I decided to buy my new GLC 300 . We were able to custom design the car . He helped us navigate the process very smoothly . I can’t thank him enough for all the support we received . I will for sure Recommend Warren for any one who wants to buy a MB . More

We just recently bought at c43 Benz from Tony YangaYang London Mercedes. Tony made a lot of promises which I thought he would slip up on some instead he completed everything that he said he would do for us London Mercedes. Tony made a lot of promises which I thought he would slip up on some instead he completed everything that he said he would do for us. I would very highly recommend Tony and our next car will probably be purchased from Tony again. He went out of his way and took Extreme measures to make sure we were happy by sending us a complete and detailed video of the vehicle we wanted to buy and also when we needed service his service driver delivered even a higher in car to our home in Kitchener and took it back to service. After the service was completed he then had the driver bring us our vehicle back to us and exchange for the loaner vehicle that we had for a few days while our vehicle was being updated as promised. Just bought a C300 Convertible and was treated exceptionally by Tony Yang (and the Finance Mgr Greg). Had a slight issue the first day I bought it and the service team were outstanding...they pic exceptionally by Tony Yang (and the Finance Mgr Greg). Had a slight issue the first day I bought it and the service team were outstanding...they picked the vehicle up next day, fixed it promptly and brought it back to my door step! Thanks Tony, as this was the best car buying experience I have ever had...simple, honest, seemless and zero pressure to purchase.
