Michaele, I'm sorry that you feel this way but your mother came in willingly to purchase a vehicle. All paperwork was presented and signed by her. It is not illegal to sell someone a vehicle without a drivers license. Your mother wanted to register the vehicle herself and would have to provide motor vehicle with 6 points of ID (which she had). Even if a vehicle is not driven in a year, it still depreciates based on fair market value. Also, from sitting for a year, the brakes needed to be replaced. As soon as this was brought to my attention, Mohawk Honda covered the cost of the battery for you and transported the vehicle back to your mothers house free of charge. Mohawk Honda provided a title at this time as well and have followed up promptly. Mohawk Honda is now assisting in obtaining the title for the vehicle. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I agree that the sale to my mother-in-law was legal and it is on her for letting it sit for a year. I also appreciate that cars depreciate and this one would need some work. For a dealership that I am sure makes plenty of money, I was a little surprised at the low offer. The lack of returned phone calls until I called and complained to multiple people is true and the paperwork provided to her did not allow her to go to DMV to get the title. Even with the title now the paperwork is wrong. Greg is being very nice in fixing the paperwork to get her the title and putting in the battery free of charge, Had Corey called us back as promised and said Mohawk was not interested, do not think we would be having this conversation.

the BEST dealership I've been spending my last 4 weeks looking for a used car, I went everywhere and either people were rude and pushy or they just cared about the money. I was told by some friends to go to Mohawk Honda so I did and I'm SO glad I did!! Everyone there is super nice and understanding. They give you the best price and the best car that's fit for you. I will never regret getting my car there, you can depend on them and I promise you'll walk out with a smile! More
