The door guards installed by them have never fit correctly, was told there was nothing they could do. I have bought two cars from this dealer and will likely not be back.

Another dealership told me it’d be 2 weeks to handle the recall on my Mustang, and they would not be giving me a rental. Maxwell Ford Service Department got my car in right away. They handled 2 recalls, and the 5k mile service within 4hrs. They also offered to give me a rental should it take longer than expected. I appreciate how kind and transparent they were throughout the whole process. I will always bring my vehicles here.
