We explained our key fob situation (we didn’t get one where bought our truck) and he immediately got to working on it. We had a lot of questions, which he patiently answered for us. As long as we own our Ford F150, we’ll continue to get it serviced at Maxwell Ford. And if all the other service advisors are as professional as Nico, then we know we’re in good hands. 5 star service rating in our book.
