She came out and said my rear brakes were at 2mm or what ever, mentioned soon would be metal on metal and did i want to schedule...at that point i interupted and asked why this wasnt mentioned in July when i had my car serviced, tires rotated, and free inspection. The last time my brakes were mentioned was a couple years ago when they were at 4. (At that time it was recommended i start thinking about replacing them).. she and greg dug through my file and had no answer to my question. I then said i have to drive to CA the next week, and Greg said oh you will make it there... so i asked why the girl made it sound so urgent? Again no answer. More
