Sarcastic and unclear I will be reaching out to Chris Havill who my wife spoke with regarding our service for our truck. Service Manager started out an allready frustratin I will be reaching out to Chris Havill who my wife spoke with regarding our service for our truck. Service Manager started out an allready frustrating situation without empathy and understanding of people skills. Does not understand how to de escalate a customer by providing a clear explanation of issues and solutions. Also would not answer my call when we were disconnected further lowering my opinion of his skills and the trust between customer and service manager. Also i had $900 in new brakes put in back in july and the evening i picked it up i noticed that the parking brake wire was hanging and didnt work anymore? My wife brought it in and was told "it will tighten up they are all like that" After talking to Greg 3 weeks ago when looking for a good price on this truck to buy a new ram he said that should not have happened and is very sorry bring it back in and we will fix it. Jeff chrged us another 50$ to clean the brakes or cable not sure which, and now it is working. I have not had a chance to check yet. Greg has been the only person that seems to care about the issue and worked to act as a go between with the service center. When i asked greg to confirm if my heat stops working again and i come in to have them repair the issue if the heater would be covered or not. "Only if its broke" Well if the heat is not working then its broke right, if we come back after the 260$ we spent on the maintence flush of coolant. (Which has made the issue better however my wife said it is still not working the way it did a week ago. Th8s caused me to be unsure if the problem is fixed or not. My wife spoke to Chris Havill the night after picking up and he said he would be covering these complaints at the managers meeting on monday. Also chris said that he would think if the heat is not working then the heater would be covered. I am hoping he is right if it stops working again. All in all i enjoyed buying the vehicle from Ashley and Greg and would look at vehicles there again with ashley and greg. Would advise people to not expect the extra warranty to cover everything besides maintenance as it was sold to us as. I will most likely be using a different ram dealer for my service. The expierience has left me disappointed and not sure i can trust my vehicle to jeff and his team. Chris Havill i would appreciate a call if you care to discuss this issue further. Thank you More

Be Wary of the Upsell Generally speaking, good service, friendly staff and good internet in the waiting area. I've used them for about 10 years for new vehicles and service Generally speaking, good service, friendly staff and good internet in the waiting area. I've used them for about 10 years for new vehicles and service work. The work has typically been good. Good enough that a 45 minute one way drive to use the dealership has been deemed worth while, even when there are several others closer to home. The express oil change never seems quicker than about 90 mins. I've had 2 vehicles "express oil change" serviced this week, door to door at the dealership, one took 1 hour 45 minutes and the other took 1 hour 53 minutes. I was offered a "cabin air filter" today which was $30. Figured fair enough, first time changed in 55k miles. Not only was the filter $30, but they added another $10 for installation and by the time taxes etc were added, it was $45....50% more than the original quote. Out of curiosity, I did a little online research tonight and I found the same cabin air filter at the local parts store for $13.59+tax. Installation takes all of 2 minutes based on a little you tube research which means the installation charge was billed at $300/hr which seems a bit high considering the filter is already being billed at a premium. I can't help but feel like I got taken advantage of on that one. Fool me once, shame on you! Mark my words, there won't be a chance to fool me twice. I'll take care of my own air filters going forward. The only saving grace was that I declined the $30 engine air filter which is $14.99+tax on amazon and my installation will be free. But the bigger problem is that this experience creates an overall trust issue and really sours a long relationship. More

Then, we decided look at a new vehicle because of the great incentives and Tammy and the Griffin team went over and above to give us the best price possible. Super happy with our new vehicle, too! No need to go elsewhere Different name, same great people! We no longer live near Griffin in Jefferson, but they continue to earn our business. I tried a local dealership i Different name, same great people! We no longer live near Griffin in Jefferson, but they continue to earn our business. I tried a local dealership in the past and it was nothing but frustrating. After multiple phone calls, I finally received a quote that was much higher than Griffin's. I don't even compare prices since Griffin beats them on price and service. All I have to do is call Tammy and let her know what I'm looking for. Tammy and Greg have even had a vehicle delivered to me without stepping foot in the dealership. Why go elsewhere? More
