Horrible Service department I brought my 2015 F-350 Platinum diesel in for it's first service. I also asked to have my radio antenna which was loose secured properly. The staff I brought my 2015 F-350 Platinum diesel in for it's first service. I also asked to have my radio antenna which was loose secured properly. The staff was friendly and serviced the vehicle in a timely manner. I received my paperwork and as I always do I inspected my vehicle before leaving. During inspection I noticed the antenna was tighter but still not secure as it should have been and the rubber boot that sits at the base was detached sitting low and spinning freely allowing external debris to enter. I went back in and told Greg the service adviser that I had been working with that day that the antenna still wasn't correctly tightened. He sent the tech that worked on it out with me and I showed him my concerns. He felt it was okay. I disagreed and showed him the way the antenna and boot were on their new trucks on the lot. He finally agreed that it wasn't right and said he would need to take a closer look at it. I said that's fine I'll wait. A few minutes later Gregg comes in the waiting area and says they will order a new antenna and boot but he can't guarantee it would fix the issue. That's when I became defensive questioning why he wasn't telling me it would be corrected. I then showed him the comparison between the new trucks on the lot and mine with 7,600 miles on it. He kept stating he thought it was fine. Upset I told him he was full of it and at that time the employee who had my keys threw them on the ground and told me to leave. Throws the keys to my $70,000 truck on the ground?!!!! Seriously?!!! So I leave and head up to another Ford dealer in MA for a second opinion and in literally two minutes flat they tell me it's definitely not right and that the technician at Family Ford when spinning the boot of the antenna by hand in an attempt to finger tighten it he actually pulled the boot out of the tabs on the cowl that hold it. The cowl would now need to be removed to fix what the Family Ford technician did. So now I have to make an appointment for that repair with the more honest and knowledgable dealership in MA. Bottom line they are great until you hold them accountable. Then they shrug you off and lie. I would strongly suggest doing business with other Ford dealerships. More

I brought my F350 diesel in for some routine maintenance, but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the nec but the tech found a serious leak in the oil cooler. My service rep, Greg, was able to get me a loaner vehicle and worked to quickly obtain the necessary parts in order to get the vehicle repaired by the next morning. Several other problems were identified and repaired in the same time period. The tech came in on Saturday morning to finish the repair and get the truck back to me with minimal down time. More

Recently I had trouble with my brake light coming on then going off. Before I was able to call about it the light came on and stayed on as I was driving to work. By the time I got home I had minimal breaks going off. Before I was able to call about it the light came on and stayed on as I was driving to work. By the time I got home I had minimal breaks. My neighbors put in some break fluid, but that didn't work. Noticing some liquid on their driveway they said it was break fluid and that I had a leak somewhere.
