I was really not looking forward to buying a new car because the car that I thought was my forever car had been in a collision & totaled. He was absolutely the best at explaining everything in detail, there was even snacks and water available to us. I bought a car immediately, & he has been following up on everything that is pertinent to me. I am completely satisfied with the purchase of the car, and he has kept in touch with me, calling to make sure that everything is to my satisfaction. I have a beautiful car and I can say Greg is the best that I have dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Greg! More

Greg is the greatest! He sent me a video of the car I was interested in so I could see it before driving over an hour to the dealership. We had a great experience of buying our new BMW X5 from BMW of Fairfield. I live in San Francisco and SF BMW dealer didn’t have the car configuration I was looking for. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was super friendly and nice. Greg too the time to explain all the car features and we had a test drive. Pricing was straight forward, they offered me a deal which Alina’s at Truecar.com. Trade in was super quick and seamless too. Overall great car buying experience I’ve had in my life. I purchased a used Audi from BMW, Fairfield, and I must say it was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date! My sales person, Greg Locastro, I did an amazing job, providing me, additional photos, videos to ensure I had confidence in the condition of the vehicle. He also had the car re-detailed, and provided me with a video after it was complete, prior to me, making the 900 mile journey to Fairfield. During my journey, an issue arose with my trade-in vehicle, and ultimately, I felt that Fairfield gave me a fair deal, especially under the circumstances. I highly recommend Fairfield BMW, my sales person Greg Locastro!!!!! More

Lance and Greg are very customer service oriented and they both ensured I had a very pleasant car buying experience at the BMW of Fairfield dealership. The vehicle is absolutely stunning! In addition, Carl Dantes (BMW Genius) is excellent! He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I understood how all the amazing features in the BMW X1 worked. He did a great job explaining all the essential features of the BMW X1 and he ensured all my questions were answered. Carl Dantes is a valuable asset to the BMW of Fairfield dealership. His customer service skills are top notch and he has an amazing level of product knowledge. Lastly, Kendrick Yu (General Sales Manager) and Justin LeGrand-Logan (GM of BMW of Fairfield) both ensured that everything with the car buying experience at this dealership went very smoothly and efficiently.
