I recently had a manufacturer defect on my stereo on my car. As I bought my car brand new, it was covered under warranty. I expected to go in and get second rate service as it is at most dealerships. The morning I planned to bring my car in for service I called to make sure the repairs could be done. After speaking with Greg he mentioned he would need to order my parts. That was on Friday. On Tuesday he already had my parts and was ready to get the ball rolling to get me driving happily again :)vMy car was taken the following Friday for the repairs, due to my work schedule. I was quoted approximately 2 hours work of work between paper and labor. One hour after dropping my vehicle off, he called and advised it was already done! It was as if it were never misfuntioning to begin with! I left extremely happy and now a dedicated Tom Bannen (Greg McNeil) customer! Thank you Tom Bannen And Greg for all your help! More

I drive a 2003 GMC Yukon that just reached 100k miles. I had been informed by Greg McNeil in the service department that I was due for my 100k scheduled maintenance. Greg was very knowledgeable about my truck as he stated that is what he and his wife have driven for years, so i trusted what he was telling me. However I wanted to do my own research, not only was he dead on about everything he had also priced the service well below what his competitor's were telling me. After a couple weeks of research I decided to call Greg back and schedule an appointment. I was delighted to know he remembered me he also provided me with a rental car for the day so I didn't even have to miss a beat. When I picked my vehicle up it was completely washed inside and out, he greated me as I came in and went over everything that had done to my Yukon. I know and will forever be a Bannen customer for all my service needs thanks to Mr. McNeil. More

I would like to share my service experience with you. My Tahoe was experienceing some service issues and i had been to two other dealerships and gotten prices for repairs in the $1000.00 price range. I had heard good things from a friend about Tom Banne service so i said what the hey i will give them a shot.I arrived at the dealership with no appointment i was greated by Greg Mcneil he asked if he could help me. I was expecting to hear the same old story but i was wrong he was more than helpful and explained if i would give him a chance he would help me.I checked in and in less than 45 minutes he came to me with a esitmate for my repairs. it was $475 dollars less than previous repairs and he could have it fixed that day.Greg was very well informed on what the repair was and very understanding of my situation. I will reccomend your dealership and Greg to everyone i come in contact with.I work in customer service and it is very good to know that people like Greg still are out there. More
