Bought my third new car from OP Jeep! I just purchased my third new car with Steve Shulte's excellent help. He is so good at showing features and function and walking us through the sales I just purchased my third new car with Steve Shulte's excellent help. He is so good at showing features and function and walking us through the sales/purchase process without a lot of hassle and pressure, and we always get a great car that meets our needs. We so appreciate the way he moves us through it, and we have now purchased 3 fine cars from Steve and Overland Park Jeep/Ram/Dodge. We also know that with Greg McCall and the other service providers behind the scenes that we will have excellent, dependable repair and service, the other big reason we continue to do business at Overland Park Jeep/Ram/Dodge! This is my fifth Jeep and all but one was purchased at OP Jeep. I am always treated very well and the sales and service departments are great. OP Jeep is my Jeep dealer of choice and I shall use them for all Jeep. I am always treated very well and the sales and service departments are great. On September 8, 2012, I went in to have a window fixed and my cigar lighter looked at. I was told at the end of the appointment that the dealership did not have the parts to fix my cigar lighter, but the and my cigar lighter looked at. I was told at the end of the appointment that the dealership did not have the parts to fix my cigar lighter, but the parts would be ordered. When they came in, I would get a call to bring my Jeep back. On November 21, 2012 I was able to bring my car in after calling the dealership to make an appointment to put back in my cigar lighter. Doing research online showed the parts I need for my cigar lighter cost around $25. I understand that labor is part of the overall cost, but I was not happy to see that my total cost was almost $70. I had to wait over 2 months to have my car fixed, and even then, I still had to take the initiative to call to make an appointment after being told that I would be called when the necessary parts came in. One positive note was Greg was very flexible in working around my schedule to find a time to schedule my appointment to have my cigar lighter fixed. More

My PT Cruiser has 136,000 miles, and today I had the oil changed. The total time spent was less than 30 mins. I am always pleased with the work in the Service Dept. The service my husband and I have received from this dealership's service department is the finest anywhere. Each employee treats the customer as very special.
