The employees at Melton Dodge were every bit of professional and courteous as a potential vehicle buyer would want and expect car dealership employees to be. No pressure was placed on me when I wal professional and courteous as a potential vehicle buyer would want and expect car dealership employees to be. No pressure was placed on me when I walked into the dealership. The salesman, Mark, asked the general information questions and really let me take my time asking about the things I needed to know to make a decision about a purchase. If I had a question about something Mark had explained, he would provide the specific information and if he did not have the answer (it was rare) he immediately did the research to find it. Mark knew the product he was selling. It was a pretty easy experience, I needed a specific vehicle, had a trade-in, test drove what I wanted, discussed price and payment plans and the paperwork was completed. It took a few hours and we were done. Can't get a better vehicle buying experience than that. If anyone enter the dealership serious about buying and wants a direct and to the point car sale, Melton Dodge is the place for you. More

Firs t2013 Chrylser van took test drive. When i came back the van was smoking and leaking fluid from transmission. They cancelled contract on that vehicle. Sold me a newer one with more miles. 2017 Dodge the van was smoking and leaking fluid from transmission. They cancelled contract on that vehicle. Sold me a newer one with more miles. 2017 Dodge Caravan. Do not care for the color, The 2017 did not have as many nice features as the 2013 Chrysler. Dealer should do a better inspection and test drive on used vehicles so buyers like me won't be so unhappy and disappointed. More
