Never thought that buying a Mercedes E450 wagon from out of state could be so easy! I messaged a list of 5 things that I wanted to see before committing to the car. A couple text later, I started getting my of state could be so easy! I messaged a list of 5 things that I wanted to see before committing to the car. A couple text later, I started getting my requested information. 1 hr later I had everything I needed. Greg Miller is the man! I let him know I needed to do most of my business over text (since I was at work). He had no problems. I messaged him last Wednesday night and a few days later and some paperwork overnighted and I arranged for a carrier to pick up. I will have my unicorn Mercedes wagon at my door in less than a week. Greg made the car buying process simple. Fair value on the trade, and not a lot of gimmicks as far as add-on's and last minute pressure. Greg did his research on the vehicle (it was an elect Fair value on the trade, and not a lot of gimmicks as far as add-on's and last minute pressure. Greg did his research on the vehicle (it was an electric they hadn't had before), and walked me through everything. Greg was very nice to my whole family and kept everything quick and professional. I like that the credit app was online so I didn't have to wait hours at the dealership either. When I got there, I just filled out the paperwork and drove off in the new vehicle. Overall a laid back car buying experience. Thanks! More
