Being that I was an out-of-state purchaser, I relied very heavily on my Gordie Boucher sales person, Brian Schwanke. From my first inquiry about the vehicle I wanted, he far exceeded my expectations. He took heavily on my Gordie Boucher sales person, Brian Schwanke. From my first inquiry about the vehicle I wanted, he far exceeded my expectations. He took time to send me a video of the car, drove the vehicle himself to give me straight forward feedback on it. He worked within my budget and was very respectful of it. All of my questions were answered quickly. I never felt pressured in any way. The day I drove home the car, Brian picked me up at my hotel and took me to the dealership, which gave me more time in the vehicle I was buying. Once at the Boucher dealership, I was treated very warmly and welcoming by everyone. The signing process happened quickly. JR had me ready to go in less than an hour. The whole experience was very positive. Because of Brian Schwanke, JR, and the rest of the team, I will absolutely be considering future car purchases with Gordie Boucher. More

Nick followed up on my Edmund’s inquiry on a Corsair, and I was unfamiliar with this model. So, I got an education. Some “used car sales techniques “came upon closing (insert eye roll) but, to be expected I suppose. The online coupon for $1000 off blue book was my closing tool, and I wish this had been offered by Nick instead of me having to find it. That soured my experience a bit bc as I was indecisive I felt rushed when I was told I was keeping him from spending a day with his daughter. He eventually recovered from the disappointment and I purchased a car this day. He was professional & knowledgeable. I struggled a bit due to a health condition that is not visible & I prefer not to share this information with strangers. It is part of sensitivity sales training tho, had I shared. In a world where many are lacking the ability to connect with people, Nick was outstanding! He did everything he promised! Thank you Nick & Boucher Lincoln for a good experience! I was ready to buy & the inventory provided excellent options on CPO vehicles to select from. More
