Having never been to Marshall Mize Ford previously we came in looking for a specific Maverick and we were not disappointed with the service we received. We were fortunate enough to be connected with Chanel Perry as our sales representative and she was fantastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had probably one of the easiest car purchasing experiences we've had in a long time. Chanel worked extremely hard to locate the Maverick with exactly the features we were looking for and communicate what our options were, making everything easy to understand. And to top it all off, Chanel and the entire staff we worked with were extremely kind and friendly toward our 6 year old who was very interested in everything at the dealership.
