This is the first time I’ve not had stellar service from White Bear Subaru. I recieved an email telling me it was time for an oil change and maintenance check which I then scheduled over the phone. When I a White Bear Subaru. I recieved an email telling me it was time for an oil change and maintenance check which I then scheduled over the phone. When I arrived I was told I needed much more than that, to the amazing price of $1650. Wow! I do want to keep my Outback in good condition so I completed the service. There were no “specials” offered which was odd since they usually have some type of special. After having the car for about a week, my car wouldn’t start due to a dead battery. My hubby was able to jump it to get it started. I called the dealership to see if I should come in and to express concern about a new dead battery. The woman I talked to said I should speak with the service technician. She transferred me to him but went to his VM and I left a message but never heard from him. Not great service. More

I had an on going rattle in my dash board and after a couple of attempts the service department was able to solve the problem. I've worked with both Dee and Greg. They were always courteous and helpful and determined to fix the problem. I know working on the service side of the dealership is generally having to deal with complaints. The dealership is very fortunate to have these two team members representing their company. Thank you for the great service. More
