My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 40 years. Unfortunately, most of the experiences have been very unpleasant. Because of the unpleasantries I do not like dealing with dealerships. U 40 years. Unfortunately, most of the experiences have been very unpleasant. Because of the unpleasantries I do not like dealing with dealerships. Up until now, there was only one dealership where we had a pleasant transaction. I am proud to say, FOUR STARS in Henrietta, Texas, has become our 2nd pleasant transaction at an auto dealership. There was no pressure, we were treated with dignity & respect and they were easy to work with. Bethany went well above & beyond what one could hope for in a salesperson. She did everything she said she would do & stayed in touch with us throughout the deal until it was done. There was an issue with the steering at highway speed (it was a used vehicle) and she said she would have them look at it ASAP. We went ahead and made the deal and left the truck to be serviced. She contacted us to say it was a little more than a simple fix. She spoke with her manager and she said he would call us back. Sure enough, Greg, the manager, called us to explain what it would take to make it roadworthy at highway speed. There was an agreement between us & him, to share the costs. They actually covered about 80% of the total cost. Greg, like Bethany, went above & beyond what one might expect from a manager. He stayed in touch with us thru phone calls & texts. NOT ONCE DID WE WONDER IF THEY WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH US! I am 63, retired & very skeptical of dealerships & salespeople. Also, I have filled out less than 10 reviews/ratings on the internet. BUT THEY DESERVED THIS REVIEW!!! THEY EARNED IT!!! The dealership name may be Four Stars, but they are 5 STARS!!! Thank you both, Bethany and Greg, Artie Ford More
