Flat tire replacement Today when heading out to my vehicle in my typical commute to work I noticed one of my tires was completely flat. After checking the tire for leaks I noticed a hole in the tire and the tire couldn’t not be driven on. Installed the spare tire and drove to the dealership. The staff was extremely helpful in locating the replacement tire and get me back on the road without any setbacks. Bob, Greg and Randy in the service department are always very professional and provide excellent customer service. I also can say the same about the parts department when dealing with Chris Nelson, Wilky Busch, and Kevin Casper. Each of these individuals always provides superior customer service and are extremely knowledgeable. Cudios to Community Honda service and parts departments for handling this in a time efficient matter and getting me back on the road quickly to avoid taking a day off of work! More

Love my Honda Service Department I have owned two Honda cars. I loved them both. A Honda-CRV and now the Honda Odyssey. I have brought both cars to Community Honda for all my maintenance. The staff is very kind, honest, and knowledgeable. They also help you get the best deals and always explain to you in simple terms what is needed for your car and why. The Honda cars are easy to maintain, plus when you have such an excellent service department behind you, you know that your car will last for years and years, plus you will always feel safe on the road. two unusual things I've been there a hundred times or more. This was the first time there wasn't a paper mat, ( I need new mats anyway.!) Before at the service, it was just turned down, then its easy to drive and get the volume up. This time I had a hard time getting it back on, (I just wasn't used to it) All of my Honda books had been out of my glove box and put back,, I had a thought that maybe they were written in for the service,, but, no, that wasn't the case,, a few items I had in there were on the floor. So very strange because all I came in for was an oil change, then I was told I needed the tires rotated. So,, no big deal on any of this, just strange,,! More
