great and not so much We took our fit in to get the appearance package completed while there asked if we could get a couple of license plate screws put on and were assured We took our fit in to get the appearance package completed while there asked if we could get a couple of license plate screws put on and were assured that that could and would be done and car should be ready around 4 pm. We asked for a call when it was ready and were assured that would be done. ( sometimes things take a little longer) Well at 6 pm we called the dealership and talked to Bob Mancini who reviewed the work and noted that the bolts had not been added. My wife told him since the xxxx cr took so long to forget about the bolts otherwise it was ready. When we got there the appearance package was completed but no bolts so the package was great no call no bolts little things make the difference More

When I use the Service Department for repairs - I can be assured it's done correctly, with genuine Honda parts, and by Honda trained mechanics. That matters. More

Great Experience! My tire pressure light came on so I brought it into service.
