Greg was kind, patient, caring and most of all knowledgeable!! He patiently listened to every question and concern. At no point did he pressure, cajole, rush or intimidate us. He was simply a nice guy who seemed to love his job and enjoyed watching clients realize their dream of owning a Mercedes. Trust me, we were not rushing in our quest to gain information for as I stated before, we were not in a buying mood. Greg through great questions discovered what we considered our ideal model and went about showing us what was on the lot. He took the time to sit in various cars with us explaining the advantages of each one, all the bells and whistles; which we will need him to show us again. He has already agreed! Awesome, unusual, professional, personable, patient and simply superb are the words we use to describe Greg. Though this is our first Mercedes, it is not our first car buying experience. Believe us when we tell you Greg’s customer service skills far outweigh any we have ever known; he even took the time to introduce us to the owner, gosh! We started with the S550, but, should we ever decide to change, Greg is the only sales person we want. Thank you Greg for your expertise and care. The epitome of "above and beyond" In June of 2013, I excitedly bought my first car, a 2012 C250, from Greg at Atlanta Classic Cars. I felt I got a great car at an even better price fro In June of 2013, I excitedly bought my first car, a 2012 C250, from Greg at Atlanta Classic Cars. I felt I got a great car at an even better price from an awesome salesman. However, my joy eventually turned to frustration, anger, and disappointment as the vehicle experienced repeated mechanical issues that even Mercedes corporate seemed unconcerned about. Finally, after more than a year of issues, we reached out to Greg...what happened next was nothing short of amazing. He not only talked his boss into allowing me to trade in my 2012, but found a 2013 C250 with even more features than my first and worked out a deal that allowed me to walk away with a lower monthly payment! You read that right: He helped me get out of my lemon and into another car. When others simply gave me smiles, head nods, and a loaner car or "Well, we don't expect these things to happen, but that's why we have warranties in place," Greg actually DID something...something amazing...something he didn't have to do. If you just want to buy a Mercedes and get on with your day, then close your eyes, run your fingers down the list, and pick a salesperson. If you want someone whose service will continue after the sale is done and the commission is received (everything from helping you sync your phone to driving your car around to the spray paint guy to get that scratch covered, lol) choose Greg Rabideaux. Simply put, Greg is rock star salesman and a stand-up guy who deserves every accolade he has received. Anyone who says never trust a "shady" used car salesman never met Greg Rabideaux. Highly consultative and understood my needs before recommending which specific car to go with. They were also understanding about the fact that I have not "shopped" for a car in a long time and were fine as I looked at other brands. As I compare my experience with other dealerships, both Jim and Greg were the most knowledgeable, spent the most time with me to understand my needs, and went the extra mile to win my business. As a second time buyer at Atlanta Classic Cars, my second experience was even better than my first. I had a great experience purchasing my new car from Greg and Keith. I initially made contact with Greg when I stopped in the dealership to look at vehicle options. Greg took his time and showed me the features of the car i wanted to see. I decided I would come back in a few days to test drive and Greg was not working, so he put me intouch with Keith. Keith did a great job of showing me different car options and letting me drive them. He was very patient as i weighed my options and even went above and beyond to show me different option packages to get exactly the car I wanted. The negoiating process was quick and painless, I got the car I wanted and the price was inline with where my research said it should be. I could not be happier. More
