Greg was great today. I went to this dealership because my girlfriend’s brother said he went to this dealer and they actually helped him, so I drove 25 minutes here, even though I had a Honda dealership 7 my girlfriend’s brother said he went to this dealer and they actually helped him, so I drove 25 minutes here, even though I had a Honda dealership 7 minutes from my house..(Joyce Honda). Greg was very nice as he greeted my mother and i at the door. He sat us down and asked about what vehicle i was interested in. On my routine trip for general maintenance to Honda of Hackettstown, I received a pleasant phone call from a man named Greg. The moment I heard this mans voice I new my day was going to go from good, to g Hackettstown, I received a pleasant phone call from a man named Greg. The moment I heard this mans voice I new my day was going to go from good, to great. He explained to me an offer that was so good I couldn't consciously conceive it, so we decided to meet in person. As I pulled into the express service garage bay I was greeted like royalty, and that's when I met, a man named Greg. One of the most well mannered, well dressed, and well educated people I have ever met. As he entered the room he gave off an aura off happiness like some kind of guardian angel. We shook hands and I was escorted to his desk. There he reiterated the same deal that was discussed on the phone. And promptly had the car ready for me to test drive. As we walked to the lot where the car was kept I said, and I quote, "I don't know what I want until I see it." Without skipping a beat he opened the lot door, with a smile, to a car that was exactly, what I wanted. With the proper paper work read, signed, ready, and with the test drive completed I was finally convinced that this to good to be true deal, was going to happen. Greg once again escorted me to my new car where this picture was taken and thanked me for my time. With the extreme amount of effort, time, and care he had but into this sale, I felt like I should be the one thanking him. As we shook hands once again, we said goodbyes, and parted ways.
