My loyalty is to my sales rep, Greg Smith, and the brand (I have only purchased Fords all my life). They gave me their "best price" up front but Ford pricing is inflexible and does not reward customer loyal (I have only purchased Fords all my life). Other dealers/brands are more flexible and more price responsive even to a first time buyer. More

I stopped in late just before closing time. Everyone was busy with other customers as you would expect from a good dealership, but a sales person still took the time to figure out my needs and Everyone was busy with other customers as you would expect from a good dealership, but a sales person still took the time to figure out my needs and set up a time for me to come in earlier the next day to test and select a new F150. The next day I test drove and selected the perfect truck. We sat down to go over some financial information then set a time to finalize the purchase the next day. I never felt pushed or talked into something I didn’t want. These people really listened to what I wanted and showed me my opinions.even the financial part was an easy process. Very good people to work with. More

Was told when I made appointment it would take 45 minutes, considering they wouldn't give me a loaner for the recall, i chose to wait. It took 5 hours! I missed other appointments and was very unha minutes, considering they wouldn't give me a loaner for the recall, i chose to wait. It took 5 hours! I missed other appointments and was very unhappy! I live an hour away. 7 hours of my only day off was wasted. I was not told on the phone it would take 45 minutes to diagnose and an additional 4 and a half more to fix. Prior to this I was willing to drive an hour for the other recalls and issues. They always offered a loaner for recalls. What happened? I will be looking for a closer option. More
