Easiest Vehicle Purchase I've Ever Experienced First, after emailing the dealership about a truck I saw on their website, I was promptly emailed by both their sales manager and salesman Chase Cooks First, after emailing the dealership about a truck I saw on their website, I was promptly emailed by both their sales manager and salesman Chase Cookson. I arranged to come up and look at the truck within a couple days. Upon arrival, Chase had the truck at the front door waiting for me to test drive. Immediately, I could tell this was different than any other dealership I've visited in my 30+ years of car buying. There was absolutely no pressure, even down to the test drive. We were allowed to take the truck by ourselves for as thorough a drive as we wanted, as long as we were back before the end of the day. Once I decided to purchase the truck, everything was a breeze from there. Although I've gotten pretty good at haggling with dealers in the past to get a decent deal, there was no haggling necessary with this dealership. I looked up their asking price and found it was already very close to the market value, actually just slightly under. Then, for my trade-in, I had researched it's value and hit them with the fair value I knew it was worth and they accepted. Even in the finance office, which with most dealers is the sucker punch where they make up for any deal you got from the salesman, it was low key, no pressure and we were done in no time. I spent a 1/4th of the time in this dealership compared to most of my auto purchases and got one of the best deals I've ever gotten. I would gladly buy from them again, as well as recommend them to others. Chase was polite, attentive, and professional. I'd gladly work with him again as well. More

We saw the Durango online and already had financing set up. We made the 2 hr drive to Claremore, test drove, then sat on a comfy couch to discuss details. It was a very relaxed, comfortable, no pressure environment. The vehicle needed a few things done before we could take it home. I was provided with a comparable Durango to drive home and the dealership delivered mine to me a few days later. I will definitely see Melton for additional vehicle needs!! More
