Very helpful and friendly Everybody was friendly and very helpful. Buying the Chrysler 300 went very smooth on Sept. 30. Part of the sale was for Melton's to purchase and insta Everybody was friendly and very helpful. Buying the Chrysler 300 went very smooth on Sept. 30. Part of the sale was for Melton's to purchase and install Stampede brand Chrome Rain Guards on the car I had purchased from Melton's. I was to purchase the chrome pillar posts myself and Melton's was to purchase the chrome rain guards and Melton's was going to install both. I ordered the chrome pillar posts and after a few days I received them and then tried to contact Melton's about getting both items installed on the car. I called several times over a few days but no return calls from anyone. I had called service, parts, and Mike Shackelford in Sales. I finally got a call from Mike and was told he would check on it. Was told they were in and I could bring the car in to get them installed. Took the car to service on Oct. 16 to get everything installed. After 4 hours the car was brought out but had dark smoke color rain guards installed with the chrome pillar posts I purchased. Melton's ordered the wrong color, not chrome. Was told they would reorder and get chrome and installed. I had not heard from anyone so I called on Oct. 28 to see when I could bring my car in and was told the rain guards were there and went in on Oct. 29 to get the dark smoke color ones removed and the chrome rain guards installed. Finally almost a month later I got my Chrome Rain Guards installed! Yea Everybody was very helpful and kind. Would have been better if I could have got my phone calls returned. I will recommend to others to purchase at Melton's and I plan to get my service done there in the future. Thanks to all the kind people and their help. I really appreciated it. More
