However, dealing with major traffic congestion when I finally did find the service department was not expected. When you enter the waiting room NO directions/person was available. Had to ask people in waiting room where an actual person was. I was totally dismayed by the fact you had to exit building and walk between cars that were moving forward.into the shop area. I stood their 15 mins before someone was free to assist me. It was cold and the garage door left up the entire time. I’m totally amazed if the disregard of safety and the customer experience. More
