Greg Woods managed to locate the exact vehicle I wanted when I was looking at the end of 2020 so I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him again this time. He was honest from the start about the lack of inventory and not knowing when the vehicle I wanted would be available. He was very understanding of me having to contact other dealers (which I only did due to the fact that Frankfort did not have what I wanted). I contacted every dealership in Kentucky (I was surprised by how many just brushed me off because they didn’t have it on the lot at that moment) and surrounding states, but in the end, Greg still ended up being the one to come through for me after several months of him keeping his eye out for me. I can’t tell you how relieved I am that he did, as Greg is the first salesman I believe truly listens and does everything in his power to get you what you want. He always responded to my many update requests (as it took several months to get what I requested) and didn’t let my sarcastic humor turn into a nuisance. 😏 There’s a reason I call on Greg first and will continue, if I purchase another Toyota (although my husband said I should be done for a while since I’ve bought two the past year and a half). I won’t hesitate to recommend, though, if I hear of anyone looking for a Toyota. Greg truly wants his clients to drive off happy and is there for you every step of the way. More
