Needed an uncommon tire for my Volvo after damage. Excellent dealership. I have used this dealership since 1998 and would never think to take my car anywhere else. My service person, Richard Barr, is the best. I am currently dealing with one issue after another with my current Volvo XC60. Although it is tempting to get out of my Volvo, I will most likely not be buying another Volvo. Before our warranty was up, we my current Volvo XC60. Although it is tempting to get out of my Volvo, I will most likely not be buying another Volvo. Before our warranty was up, we had an electrical panel go on the car. I should have taken that as an indication to get an extended warranty. In the last 10 weeks, I came in for the 70,000 mile service which was expensive with usual maintenance($850) on March 15. At that time I told them about last summer, when the AC broke as we were driving to Wisconsin on a 95 degree day. The car was evaluated at a Volvo in Madison and they were unable to find any leak and replenished the freon. In March I asked them to make sure the AC was functioning and good. Also at that time the oil light was on. It had been on once in the fall and a local service had added oil. Keystone Volvo Service encouraged me to do an oil service and if it happened again I would need to complete an oil consumption test. Within two weeks the AC was out. I was busy with life and not able to get back in to Volvo. On May 7 the car was back in the shop and the AC leak was found and an evaporator needed to be replaced($1750). Again as I was at Keystone Volvo, I asked them to check the oil since it had been flagged at the last visit in March. A state inspection was done and I was told all was good. On June 5 the oil light came on. I called Keystone and was told the next visit available was on Friday June 11 and it was fine to drive with the low oil light on. Three days later the red danger light came on and I came directly in. Currently we are in the middle of an oil consumption test ($530). The worst thing is I feel the car is completely unreliable. I am supposed to drive to New Hampshire next week, but wonder what am i to do if the oil light comes on when I am on the road. I assume that is very unlikely as it is in the first 1,000 miles, but at this point I am very discouraged by my experience with my Volvo XC 60. I sincerely hope that Volvo stands behind their vehicle this time as even though my warranty expired at 50,000 a car with 72,000 should not be requiring such maintenance. Today I was in at my usual service center,. They relayed that Volvos are known for oil consumption and it was their understanding that because of the excessive issues that Volvo was honoring an extended warranty for oil issues. Perhaps if Volvo does the right thing and stands behind their product, I might consider another vehicle as up until the last 8 months I have loved my car. I will be eager to see how much Volvo values their customers. More

Tough first service appointment I had a tough first service appointment for my 2018 Volvo XC90, but my interaction with Gregg McDougall was good. The reason I brought my XC90 in for I had a tough first service appointment for my 2018 Volvo XC90, but my interaction with Gregg McDougall was good. The reason I brought my XC90 in for service involved the need to repair a fuel vapor leak, which surprised me since the vehicle is less than a year old. I requested a loaner as the service required more than a day. The loaner only had a quarter tank of gas (no big deal I thought at the time). Then, I received a call from Gregg, who let me know right away my Volvo XC90 had been scraped by another vehicle when sitting in the dealership parking lot. My initial impression is that more care is not taken in serving customers and their vehicles (loaner with little gas in the tank and then XC90 is damaged). I had to pick up my XC90 for a business trip, so I need to schedule another appointment for a body shop to repair the right rear passenger door and quarter panel. I hope my first experience is not indicative of future service appointments and am eager to see my recommendation for the service center change from "no" to "yes." Gregg McDougall in your Service Department is personable, thoughtful, and seems reliable and knowledgeable. Gregg kept me informed about the service progress with my XC90 and took ownership for the accident that occurred with my XC90. I look forward to my future interactions with Gregg. More

Service is consumer oriented, aftter your service, contact is initiated to determine consumer satisfaction. They wash your Auto after service. I find this an addition to excellent service. Scheduling service is a breeze. Try it and become spoiled. Use Keystone Volvo of Berwyn for all your Auto needs, you will not regret your decision. More

Tire blowouts I had two tires blow out in April and they were very prompt and helpful getting me replacements. Then when I had another blow-out (the potholes in PA I had two tires blow out in April and they were very prompt and helpful getting me replacements. Then when I had another blow-out (the potholes in PA are awful!) not only did they replace the tire, but since it was one they had installed in April it was warranted so I did not have to pay for it! Their service was friendly, prompt and reasonably priced both times. More
