Absolutely the best in the business I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately I have just purchased a nice low mileage used vehicle after I was immediately impressed and sold on the vehicle during my test drive. I unfortunately ran into some troubles a few days after driving it and the dealership not only paid for the towing to the dealership, they went the extra mile in fixing the issue. Instead of addressing just the one problem, they fixed an overlying issue that would have been lots more money in parts and labor. To honor the vehicle they sold, they ensured this was taken care of as well. From my first inquiry, to working a deal that was agreeable, to finding financing that met a payment range I needed to stay within, with service to correct an issue and honor their agreement to sell me a reliable used vehicle, this dealership has left me with an experience that most dealerships cannot do. Bozard Ford Lincoln is a gem hidden among a market full of lesser dealers. If you want quality service and to be treated the way a customer should be, then I highly recommend this as your place to find your next ride. My wife and I are expecting our second child and had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle preferably My experience at Bozard Ford was great! My wife and I are expecting our second child and had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle preferably an Explorer or Expedition. We currently rented an Expedition after having mechanical issues with our Honda Accord and after driving the vehicle for a week we knew we wanted to go speak with a representative from the dealership. Our first sales associate was David Siekierski “SKI”. David showed us both new and used Ford Explorers and Expeditions. He showed us various similarities and differences in both models. David was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had regarding both vehicles. We began to discuss finance options for the Expedition whether to buy or lease the vehicle. David explained the difference between the both. I told David that I was interested in the vehicle, but wanted a few days to think about it before I jumped into this huge decision. Doug was understanding and told me to call him if I had any other questions or if I wanted to set up an appointment. A few days pass and my wife and I decide to go back into Bozard Ford to speak with David again. Unfortunately David was unavailable, however Gregg Steinburg was able to assist us. Gregg was excellent, he was extremely knowledgably and hilarious throughout the process. Gregg made the experience fun instead of stressful. We were on the phone with our insurance company for almost 1 ½ hours as the insurance continued to make mistake after mistake when it came to the policy. While we were on hold which seemed like forever, Gregg was finishing our paperwork so when the insurance company finally got the policy correct we could sign and leave since our 10 month old was starting to get tired. After being at the dealership for hours everything was completed and we were leaving in our new 2018 Ford Expedition. Gregg showed us all the features for the vehicle and he also had put a full tank of gas in it for us. I must say I was very impressed with Gregg. He took great care of us. I would refer him to my friends and family. More
