Satisfactory service from Gregory Andrews Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing to express my satisfaction with the servicing of my car by Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY . I am the owner of two Hond Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing to express my satisfaction with the servicing of my car by Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY . I am the owner of two Honda vehicles ( a 2012 Pilot Touring with Vin: 5FNYF4H95CB082888 and a CR-V; 5J6RM4H72EL017158) that I bought from Millennium Honda at that location. I have been receiving good treatment from the service department since the day I started bringing in my car for service. This week, once again, Mr. Gregory Andrews, an assistant service manager, added more satisfaction to my experience with Millennium Honda Service department. The last in date was on Thursday May 14,2015. As I was driving my Honda Pilot, I noticed that warning light for needed service was on and that its oil life level was very low. I rushed to Millennium Honda Service to get my car serviced , but I was concerned about not having the car finished on time to be able to fulfill pressing responsibilities like pick my kids from and running for therapy. As I expressed my concerns to Mr. Andrews, he took the paper work, left his desk , and ran personally to the servicemen . I was really impressed by Mr. Andrews' diligence. He got my car to be serviced very promptly. Furthermore, Mr. Andrews realized that my car has reached 15,000 miles, he automatically brought that to my attention and mentioned that a more in-depth service will be performed on the car. By showing so much care and respect for me as a customer, Mr. Andrews has proven that he represents an asset for your company. His kindness will cause me to keep using Millennium Honda service for myself as well as for of my friends whom I will recommend and encourage to take their cars to be serviced at your place. More

Great service We own 3 Hondas that we have serviced at Millenium. The service advisors , Greg A. And Steve who I regularly see are always available for questions an We own 3 Hondas that we have serviced at Millenium. The service advisors , Greg A. And Steve who I regularly see are always available for questions and will explain in details any service required. John S. , tech/ mechanic will further explain any issues and answer any of my questions. Never feel like I am being over charged or asked to have unnecessary work performed .The rest of staff are friendly and helpful. Encouraged my kids to buy Hondas due to the great service department. More

I am the owner of two Honda vehicles ( a 2012 Pilot Touring with Vin: 5FNYF4H95CB082888 and a CR-V; 5J6RM4H72EL017158) that I bought from Millennium Honda in Hempstead, NY. I have been receiving good treatment from the service department since the day I started bringing in my car for service. The last in date was on Saturday February7,2015. As I was driving my CR-V, I noticed that its oil life level was very low.. Having to travel on the following Monday, I decided to take my car for service. As I got there, Mr. Gregory Andrews, an assistant service manager, warmly welcome me and asked someone to quickly get my car info before he could see me. I was really impressed by Mr. Andrews' diligence. He got my car to be serviced very promptly. As I was waiting, knowing that I was not feeling well, he checked on me several times in the waiting room, which really touched me and that I highly appreciated. By showing so much care and respect for me as a customer, Mr. Andrews has proven that he represents an asset for your company. His kindness has been invitation for me to keep using Millennium Honda service for myself as well as for of my friends whom I will recommend and encourage to take their cars to be be serviced at your place. More

Mr, Gregory Andrews was so helpful to my husband and I. The minute he was called to speak to us he listened and had empathy for us. We weren't satisfied with the service we were getting from another advise The minute he was called to speak to us he listened and had empathy for us. In 2005, I purchased a new Honda Pilot EXL and a new Honda CRV. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Millenium Honda ever since because Greg Andrews provides EXCEPTIONAL service. I don't trust m Honda CRV. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Millenium Honda ever since because Greg Andrews provides EXCEPTIONAL service. I don't trust my vehicles to anyone else. I moved from Floral Park to Plainview last year but continue to have my cars serviced at Millenium Honda even though there is another dealer close by. I will not give up someone that I can depend on to save myself some time by servicing the cars closer to home. Through the years, Greg has demonstrated integity, dependability and exceptional customer service skills. He is a tremendous asset to the dealership and I regret not previously documenting how much I appreciate his service. I truly feel that my family is traveling in safe and well-maintained vehicles due to his efforts. He has always taken the time to provide explanations and is meticulous regarding follow up on any vehicle issues that I raise. While my purchase experience in 2005 was pleasant, the primary reason that I would purchase from Millenium Honda again is because I would want to continue to have my vehicles serviced with Greg Andrew's oversight.
