Greg Andrews is a professional, courteous, caring, and responsible individual. He takes the time to explain what repairs are needed. He returns telephone calls, and answers any questions that I have. My car is ready when he says it will be, and he calls to notify me if I had dropped it off. The excellent service and treatment received as a customer, from Greg Andrews, is the reason I service my car at Millenium. More

Service writer and mechanic In spite of having relatives in the auto repair business, I continue to use the dealer for all my service needs for my 2008 Pilot for two reasons, the In spite of having relatives in the auto repair business, I continue to use the dealer for all my service needs for my 2008 Pilot for two reasons, the Service Writer, Gregory Andrews and the Mechanic, Joseph Cardillo. Greg is professional, courteous and considerate. He exemplifies customer service. Most importantly he understands whatever mechanical problem I try to communicate and he thoroughly explains what may be the necessary repairs. He also, when necessary. follows up with me via telephone to keep me abreast of the repair/service situation. In other words, he is the best. Since I prefer to always have the same mechanic service my Honda, Joe has proven to be very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He too, at my request at the time of pick up, will take the time to explain what was completed and why. Both of these gentlemen explain everything in a way that is easy to understand which gives the customer a comfort level to return in the future when needed. More

Good service and Communication Gregory Andrews Assistant Service Manager was a pleasure to deal with at the service desk I had experience an extended delay in the repair of my Hon Gregory Andrews Assistant Service Manager was a pleasure to deal with at the service desk I had experience an extended delay in the repair of my Honda Odyssey during a recall for an air bag replacement. The delay was the result of a mix up by the service techs not the service desk. Mr. Andrews resolved the issue. He is an asset to Millennium Honda. More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I won't go anywhere else but Millennium Honda for my 2014 Pilot. The customer service there is superior to any other Honda I've been to, and I've ha I won't go anywhere else but Millennium Honda for my 2014 Pilot. The customer service there is superior to any other Honda I've been to, and I've had Hondas all my life and have been to several other servce centers. I usually hate going to dealership for services because the wait is long and or they try to sell you and Mark was not like that at all. Mark Skawinski asked if there was anything else I was concerned about besides my oil change and that was it. Great experience and I highly recommend Mark and the rest of team there. More
