Worst customer service ever! Almost 2 weeks later and still have not received my warranty paperwork or the signed paperwork for buying the car. Gave me the wrong paperwork to sign when I was there then s still have not received my warranty paperwork or the signed paperwork for buying the car. Gave me the wrong paperwork to sign when I was there then sent me the right ones and still have not received the copies. Had 15 days to get the inspection done because I bought it out of state and 13 days later still don’t have the paperwork to do my inspection. I would not recommend the toy barn to anyone no matter how good of a deal they seem to be giving you. All around the most unorganized dealership and the worst customer service ever experienced buying a car from the sales manager to the finance department. More
