Very impressed with our salesman, Mitchell. He was in continuous communication with us throughout the whole process and even called us to see how we liked the car after we took it home. Overall great experience. Joseph was wonderful to work with and =we love our new vehicle. The financial piece often gets a bit more sticky. I did not like that the first quote had $4,000 down and this wasn't specifically stated. I thought the price was without cash down, by fault I didn't think that through carefully enough, but we had never talked about that amount down. I would have worked a bit more to get the overall price down. (Thought I had). Greg from finance seemed unhappy and a bit snappy when we declined the extended warranty and a couple of others. I do not appreciate not feeling respected for my choices. More

Two issues: The percent of interest on a loan was changed and we were a little blindsided being told just before signing for a loan. We feel the signed document (7-29-21) we had with the 0% interest changed and we were a little blindsided being told just before signing for a loan. We feel the signed document (7-29-21) we had with the 0% interest should have been given to us but it wasn't. The additional packages that are offered by the finance people: No written documents to view before saying yes to any of them. All you get is a verbal review on an iPad which is very hard to see. This led to incorrect information being told to us and no discussion of details and exceptions in these packages was discussed. These packages have a lot of detail to read and should be given to the customer to read before signing anything. Otherwise everything was great. More
