He was a pleasure to deal with so much so that I was signing papers at the end of our appointment because I knew I wanted ANOTHER Mini though he really won me over reminding me of top safety rating, showing me the steel through the body, describing the BMW engine and basically allowing me to experience the test drive that proves the superiority of this car. He also provided options for how I could stay within my desired monthly payments. All of the employees at Mini of Ramsey want to make the customer happy. This was evident at every touch point. Everyone I encountered was helpful and they had great communication with me. Attentive, but not overbearing. I found their prices to be competitive or lower than other Mini dealerships, but they still really worked with me on getting the purchase price right and making it as easy as possible for an out-of-state customer like me.
