He went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed pre-sale was included in my vehicle and has followed up to make sure I'm happy. Ryan in service was helpful answering all my service/mechanical questions before the sale, and made taking care of an after-sale armrest installation a breeze. While I was up there for this service (I live and hour and a half away), Abe quickly resolved a left-over billing issue. Shout out to Bianca and Tiana at the front desk too for their help. If you're in the market for a MINI, I highly recommend. More

He was a pleasure to deal with so much so that I was signing papers at the end of our appointment because I knew I wanted ANOTHER Mini though he really won me over reminding me of top safety rating, showing me the steel through the body, describing the BMW engine and basically allowing me to experience the test drive that proves the superiority of this car. He also provided options for how I could stay within my desired monthly payments. All of the employees at Mini of Ramsey want to make the customer happy. This was evident at every touch point.
