I took my Chrysler Town and Country in to replace power lock actuator which is under a Chrysler warranty extension #X98. Was charged for part that broke during the replacement. However the service advisor lock actuator which is under a Chrysler warranty extension #X98. Was charged for part that broke during the replacement. However the service advisor could not point out to me what was replaced or provide the broken part. I have already escalated this to Chrysler warranty claims and have a case number and sent copies of invoice for possible reimbursement. But I don’t have confidence in the fact that the dealer actually had to replace the part, I believe by law I was to be provided the broken part. The whole process has been less than favorable. It has been an eye opener for me, because I am shopping for a fifth wheel and a truck to pull it. It won’t be a Dodge. More

SCAMMERS, LIERS, DON'T TRUST THEM AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM Leased a Jeep from them two years ago and was specifically promised a full 3 year warranty that covers an oil change and tire rotation once a THEM Leased a Jeep from them two years ago and was specifically promised a full 3 year warranty that covers an oil change and tire rotation once a year. Went to their shop yesterday (less than two years after getting the car) and was told I'll need to pay for the two because the Jeep Wave program only applies for 24' purchases. WELL, GUESS WHAT? I CALLED JEEP - Jeep said that the Wave program actually started in 2021 so the manager who talked to me basically LIED TO MY FACE. - Jeep claimed it was actually the dealer that canceled my Jeep wave program for no clear reason. SO THEY CANCELLED IT JUST SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I SHOULD HAVE NOT PAID ALMOST $200 FOR. DO NOT BELIVE A WORK THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU- I'M FILLING A SMALL COURT CLAIM. STAY AWAY. More
